Nicole Morten Lamb is an Emmy Award–winning journalist and storyteller known for turning truth into impact.
In 2012, Nicole traveled solo to Ghana, Africa as a one-woman-band backpack journalist, filming a documentary that exposed child trafficking on Lake Volta, the largest man-made lake in the world. That experience cemented a career defined by courage, clarity, and real-world consequences.
During her years in television news, Nicole earned multiple Associated Press awards for investigative journalism and storytelling. She worked closely with local police departments, sheriff’s offices, and DPS CID to expose drug trafficking and criminal activity—and her reporting directly contributed to the shutdown of several nursing homes in the Brazos Valley for abuse and neglect.
Nicole also partnered with Voices for Children, telling the stories of children searching for forever homes in the Texas foster care system. One of those stories led directly to a child being adopted—proof that when a story is told with integrity, it can change a life.
After stepping away from on-camera television news to raise her family, Nicole founded Water to Wine Productions, bringing newsroom-level storytelling, ethics, and strategy into the nonprofit and business world. Water to Wine has built longstanding relationships with mission-driven organizations, helping them tell powerful impact stories that move people to action—including Ronald McDonald House Charities, Twin City Mission, Brazos Valley Cares, Project Unity, Aggieland Humane Society, K9s4Cops, Helping Heroes Burn Foundation, Sexual Assault Resource Center (SARC), Graeme McDaniel Foundation, Unbound, Mercy Project, Peacock Legacy of Hope, Aggieland Pregnancy Outreach, Boys & Girls Club of the Brazos Valley, and SOS Ministries.
Today, Nicole maintains trusted relationships with media outlets and sources across the country and teaches businesses, leaders, and organizations how to leverage the power of their story with clarity, credibility, and confidence. She believes in keeping sources close, relationships strong, and messaging honest—because when you understand how the media works, you don’t fear it—you use it.

Steve Fullhart sees storytelling and messaging as a service, whether those stories and messages are more informational or meant to pull at your heartstrings.
Before he set foot on campus at Indiana University-Bloomington, Steve had written for five publications (including an internationally distributed magazine) and worked at the American Forces Network. At IU, he discovered a passion for weaving words, visuals and sounds. Upon graduating with a BA in Journalism, he journeyed to Texas's Brazos Valley to work in television news.
For more than a decade, Steve served as an anchor, reporter and producer for KBTX, the region's CBS affiliate. He became one of the station's most recognizable and honored journalists, gaining the trust of leaders and viewers alike through diligent relationship-building and fair reporting. His work took him across the Brazos Valley and Texas, and even to places like the nation’s capital, Belgium and war-torn Afghanistan. He is a two-time Emmy and five-time Telly Award winner, along with earning approximately 40 honors from the Texas Associated Press Broadcasters.
After stepping away from TV, Steve spent nearly five years helping craft the messaging for the Brazos Valley Economic Development Corporation. He and his colleagues at the non-profit organization worked to create compelling pitches, convincing companies to launch, grow and locate in one of the state's key regions. Hundreds of millions of dollars invested and thousands of jobs created were the result. The BVEDC was honored at the state and international levels for excellence, including for its communications efforts.
Recruited by BlueForge Alliance, Steve served as a storyteller for the non-profit integrator working with the U.S. Navy and the nation's manufacturing industry to supercharge shipbuilding in America. He and his teammates traveled the nation to showcase companies, academia and other organizations ensuring the next generation of Navy vessels, in large part by encouraging people to find careers in skilled trades. This included one of NASCAR’s most visible sponsorships, which was used as a vehicle to present job opportunities and high-performing tradespeople.
Steve uses his voice and talents for Texas A&M University. He is the public address announcer for the Aggie volleyball and equestrian squads and is the press box announcer for the football team. He also reads graduates’ names at university commencement ceremonies. Beyond Texas A&M microphones, he announces for area baseball, football and pro wrestling events. A long-time volunteer in the community, he is a former Chairman of the Board and Campaign Chairman for United Way of the Brazos Valley.
