I’m Nicole Morten Lamb, founder of Water to Wine Productions.

I come from TV news—where you get one shot, no do-overs, and the truth shows up whether you’re ready or not. I didn’t learn communication from a branding course. I learned it in newsrooms, live shots, and moments where silence made things worse.
